Safety first. Always.

These are the 17 safety rules every guest agrees to, plus the core rental terms that apply to every booking.

Safety rules

01All passengers must wear or have immediate access to a life jacket at all times.
02Children under 12 must wear a life jacket continuously while on board.
03Operating the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden.
04Maximum passenger capacity stated on the boat must never be exceeded.
05Always keep a safe distance from swimmers, other boats and the shoreline.
06Respect the maximum speed limits within the marked port and beach zones.
07Do not enter restricted, military or protected marine areas.
08Always carry a charged mobile phone and the emergency contacts provided.
09Anchor only in sandy areas — never on seagrass or coral.
10In case of mechanical issues, drop anchor and call us immediately.
11Return to harbour at least 30 minutes before sunset.
12Do not leave the harbour if the port authority has issued a sailing ban.
13Keep all litter on board — leave only your wake behind.
14The renter is responsible for any damage caused by negligence.
15Smoking is not permitted near the fuel tank.
16Swimming is only allowed once the engine is fully off.
17In the event of an emergency, call 108 (Hellenic Coast Guard) and Paleo Azure Boat Rentals immediately.

A 30% deposit confirms your reservation. The balance is paid on the day of the rental.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. Inside 48 hours the deposit becomes non-refundable, except for weather cancellations.

If the port authority issues a sailing ban, you may reschedule for free or receive a full refund.

Fuel is charged separately based on actual consumption, calculated on return.

The renter is responsible for any damages caused by negligence or breach of the safety rules.

Boats up to 30 HP can be operated without a license. Higher-powered boats require a valid skipper license or a hired captain.
